At completion of this class you will be able to give Reiki to yourself as well as others. You also receive a Reiki Level 1 Certificate. Class consists of 2 (2 1/2 hour) classes.

Intro to Boxing - 218203

Location - MK Boxing and Fitness Club located 116 Cummings Park, Woburn, MA. MK Boxing has a superior 7,500 square foot facility boasting over 30 boxing bags, speedbags, conditioning mats, a professional boxing ring, and much more. Boxing will not only improve the body, it will improve the mind. The sport of boxing can and will be safe if done properly. Participants must bring their own gloves or may buy them at MK Boxing. All parents will be required to sign guest registration and waiver for their child upon arrival.

Fun & Fast Oil Painting - 240503

This class is geared for beginners and anyone else who just loves to paint. Come see where oil painting can take you, paint smart, not hard! You will complete 2 paintings. Learn brush techniques and apply oil paint onto a canvas to create a painting in a fun and fast way no drawing required. Supplies are included. Wear clothing that you don't mind getting paint on.

You've heard of Paint Nights, but wait until you experience PLANT NIGHT! In this workshop, you'll make a terrarium filled with materials such as colored rocks, moss, hidden gnomes, and garden trinkets. You'll top off your little garden with a mini succulent plant. These tiny plants have the ability to thrive on limited water sources which makes them equipped to survive in your personal garden. Refreshments will be provided.

Sailing Fundamentals - 250504

The Sailing Fundamentals course is a 4-session extension of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary's Boating Skills & Safety course. It will cover the fundamentals of sailing and combined with the BS & S course will give students passing the exams a boating safety certificate in both sailing and boating safety. Subjects taught will be: All about boats, hulls, types, sailing terms and descriptions; what makes a sailboat sail, and how a sail works; sail selection, weather, compasses, finding your way; sailing different vessels, dinghies, sailboards, cats etc.
