Game times will vary each week. Teams will meet at least once, and playoffs will be offered for the 1st through 4th place teams. All teams are required to submit their name and jersey color at registration. League fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. General league information will be reviewed at the Captain's meeting. (dp)
Each team will participate in a 10 game round-robin league with game times varying each week. The top four teams from each division will play in single-elimination playoffs within their division at the end of the season. The top two teams in each division and in playoffs will receive monetary awards. Registration is available online or at any park district facility. League fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. All teams are sanctioned under NSA and the first place team from each division will get a tournament bid. (co)
Summer Splashes Swim Camp (age 6-14)Looking for ideas to keep the kids occupied for the last week before school starts? Enroll them in Summer Splashes Swim Camp at the newly renovated Centennial Aquatic Center. This camp is a great way to enhance your swimmers self-esteem, develop skills and improve their ability to perform in the water. What a great way to keep fit and make new friends. Camp will consist of 2 hours of water time with skill based instruction in swimming, diving, safety skills and more. The remainder of the camp will be spent doing outdoor activities, crafts and a snack. All activities will be age and swim level appropriate and will be conducted by our certified lifeguard and swim instructors. (mc)
PRINCESS DANCE & GYMNASTICS CAMP (Ages 3 1/2 - 8)Beat the heat and join us for a Princess Adventure. Pirouettes Gymnastics/Dance staff will host a Gymnastics and Dance Camp featuring music and activities inspired by your favorite Disney princesses. Each aspiring princess will learn several dances, gymnastics and a craft or activity each day. Campers should wear a leotard & bring their ballet shoes.CHEER, DANCE AND TUMBLING CAMP (Ages 7-14)Dancers & Cheerleaders NEED Tumbling Skills! This camp will help advance your tumbling and skills. Campers will work on flip flops, walkovers, cartwheels, aerials and more as well as dance. Get ready for your next season by brushing up on your skills while having fun and meeting new friends. Campers should wear shorts and t-shirt.
Join us for lunch and a walking tour of Chinatown! The lunch menu for this trip is as follows: Vegetable Spring Roll, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Honey Garlic Sesame Chicken, Fish with Vegetable, Mongolia Beef, String Beans, Fried Noodles, Rice. This day camp is designed to focus on fun, sun, and safety. In this camp, all abilities are welcome. Camp activities include sports, games, arts & crafts, swimming and weekly field trips. Children need to bring a lunch and drink to camp everyday. Limited transportation is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. NO CAMP ON JULY 3rd & 4th Registration deadline: May 22nd at 5pm NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADEPLEASE NOTE: Dates for the 2017 camp season are not set just yet. Finalized dates will be posted as soon as the park district becomes aware.
