The BTPD Preschool 3-4 thematic based programs are designed for one of a child's first experiences in a school setting. Our programs will stress socialization, cooperative play, fine motor skills, sharing and following directions, and the beginnings of letter and name recognition. Children must be 3 by September 1, 2016. Please register at the Recreation Station-770 E. Franklin, Bradley. Help your child prepare for Kindergarten. We will review and work on language, math, science and social studies instruction. This class will expand to preschool knowledge and enhance the learning your child has already experienced. We ask that children enrolled have previous preschool background for this class and meet screening requirements including identifying numbers 1 – 9 and most letters.
Children will make fun and “springy” craft projects to welcome the season! Use the crafts to decorate your home for Easter or give them to loved ones. A snack will be served during this fun afternoon.
Come join us for a program filled with art, song and fun. You both get to help each other explore hands- on activities, different for each session. Make a mess together and experiment with creative art. One adult per child. Each person attending must be registered.
Come celebrate the beginning of spring! Decorate umbrellas and learn about weather safety. Treats, songs and games will make this a fun to be had by all.
Wear something green to this party to remember the spirit of St. Patrick. Children will have fun learning about leprechauns, four leaf clovers and the “wearin of the green”.

Learn the basic fundamentals of t-ball such as base running, batting, catching and throwing. In this two week camp participants will learn the game of t-ball through fun games. We strongly suggest a parent or adult is present to assist their player. Participants should bring their own glove.

Children create imaginative art projects as they practice small motor skills. Activities are age appropriate for fun and development. Hands on crafts and open ended projects help your child discover their inner artist.
Build all kinds of crazy structures with play dough, blocks, Popsicle sticks and more! Building enhances creativity, science and math skills and socialization. Stories and games will be included to foster additional learning.
We will cook our way through several popular children’s stories. A reading of the story followed by time in the kitchen to create some of the yummy dishes in each book! Bring an apron or borrow one of ours for this kitchen adventure. A different book for each session.
Ms Tammy will guide your child through fun activities that will help develop their independence. Different themes will be introduced through the sessions. Socializing, learning to share, playing games and listening to stories will be included in the programs. Child must 2 by January 15, 2017.

Register for our Early Morning Round Up, Play and Learn and/or Afternoon Adventure. One registration fee covers all 3 programs. Early Morning Round Up runs M-F from 6:30-8:30 am. The program fee is $6 with a resident fee of $4 per child per day attending. Play and Learn has 2 sessions, AM session runs M-F from 8:30-12:30 and PM sessions run M-F from 11:00-3:00. Program fee is $17, resident fee is $14 per child per day. Afternoon Adventure is M-F from 3:00-6:00 pm. The program fee is $10, resident fee is $8 per child per day.
